How payment works (spoiler: not today)

Discovery call: Free, 15 minutes, no card. Cancel or reschedule anytime; we ask for 24 hours notice.
Deposit: 50% is requested only after you accept the proposal and sign the agreement. Non-refundable once paid.
If plans change: After work begins, 14 days written notice. Completed work is billed at $150/hour, capped at the remaining balance. The deposit stays non-refundable.
Revisions and editor: Two consolidated revision rounds per package. Your delivered website editor covers designated text, photos, and business details only.
Final payment and handoff: Final approval, then the remaining 50%. After payment clears, receive source files, editor access, and a guide and walkthrough. Hosting and domain accounts belong to you; you pay providers directly.
Project closure: Report defects we caused within 14 calendar days of documented handoff. After that the project closes to new requests. No ongoing support or maintenance; future work requires a new, separate agreement.
Final half: Due at launch.
Custom or unsure: Custom applications and unscoped projects get a quote. Never an automatic charge.
